Parking: Free parking is available in the lot behind our Box Factory office, on the east side of the building off of Liftbridge Lane, as well as some limited parking directly in front of our office on N. Main Street.

Main Entrance: Our office is located on the first floor of the Box Factory, immediately at the corner of N. Main Street and Lift Bridge Lane. The office is not accessible from inside of the Box Factory, and can only be accessed from our entrance off of Main Street. From the Box Factory parking lot, walk along the sidewalk beside the north side of the building (on your right, with the parking lot behind you). Approach the outside stairs in front of you and follow the porch, with attached railing, to reach the front of the building to Suite 145.

Handicapped Entrance: If you require handicap accessibility and wish to avoid our stairs, please provide us advance notice so we can meet you. To access our handicapped accessible entrance from the Box Factory parking lot, walk along the street-sidewalk, which is on the north side of the building (on your far right, with the parking lot behind you). Continue walking toward Main Street and turn left at Main Street toward the front of the building. Suite 145’s handicap accessible entrance will be the first door to your left.

From the West:
Take 490E to Exit 25 (Route 31F/Fairport Road). Take Exit 25 and turn right onto Route 31F/Fairport Road. Follow Route 31F/Fairport Road for approximately 3.4 miles. When you reach N. Main Street, take a left and follow N. Main Street approximately 0.2 miles. Once you pass over the Erie Canal’s historic Lift Bridge, The Box Factory will be located immediately to your right side. Turn right onto Liftbridge Lane where you will find a parking lot to your right, next to The Box Factory.

From the East:
Take 490E to Exit 25 (Route 31F/Fairport Road). Take Exit 25, which turns into Route 31F/Fairport Road. Follow Route 31F/Fairport Road for approximately 3.4 miles. When you reach N. Main Street, take a left and follow N. Main Street approximately 0.2 miles. Once you pass over the Erie Canal’s historic Lift Bridge, The Box Factory will be located immediately to your right side. Turn right onto Liftbridge Lane where you will find a parking lot to your right, next to The Box Factory.
